About

Savannah Schrader

Savannah is a licensed massage therapist and RRCA running coach. Massage, for her, is nervous system work as much as muscle work: helping a stressed, overloaded, or training-tired body actually downshift, so recovery can happen.

Movement and bodywork are both an important part of how she stays healthy and connected to her own body. Whether she’s training for a marathon, hiking, skiing, or simply moving through everyday life, she brings that same awareness and curiosity to her work as a massage therapist.

Her experience with movement has taught her to notice how the body moves, where it holds tension, and how it responds to stress and recovery. Through bodywork, she creates space for the nervous system to settle—listening first, working with what’s there, and helping each person leave feeling more at ease than when they arrived.

Approach

How Savannah works.

Sessions include a 60-minute relaxation massage, tailored to what you need that day. She starts with how you feel, then adjusts pressure, pace, and focus as she goes.

  • Regulation Unhurried work aimed at helping the nervous system settle, not just pressing on sore spots.
  • Recovery Support for training load, desk tension, and bodies that don’t get a full reset on their own.
  • Your pressure Light, firm, or in between. She would rather hear from you than guess.
  • Movement Savannah is a certified running coach and can help you build a plan if you want support with training, not only time on the table.
